A $25.00 pet fee that is non-refundable will be required of people traveling with a pet. The room rate is good for up to 2 people in the room, an extra $5.00 for additional person. ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY May 9 TO GET THE RATE.

Crown Plaza, 401 W Summit Dr, Knoxville 37902 is only a few blocks away from the Convention Center. A $25.00 pet fee is non-refundable. Dog bowls will be provided. The Knoxville Trolley stop is directly across from the Crown Plaza. The first stop is the Holiday Inn and Convention center. The Trolley does not allow pets.

4 Points by Sheraton, Eleventh Ave, is located across from the Convention Center and Worlds Fair Park. Rooms are $145-$165. No pets

Motel 6, 1550 Cracker Barrel Rd, is north of the Convention Center and off 1-75/Merchants Rd. Ten to fifteen minute drive, pets allowed and rates are $48.99 -  57.99.

Red Roof, 5334 Central Ave, is north of the Convention Center and off 1-75/Merchants Rd. Ten to fifteen minute drive, pets allowed (1^st pet free, 2^nd pet $10), room rates are $59.99, or $54 with AAA card

Red Roof, I-40/Cedar Bluff Rd, is west of the Convention Center. Ten to fifteen minute drive, pets free, room rates on Thursday are $49.99, Friday & Saturday nights are $54.99.

If you choose a motel that is ten or fifteen minutes from the Convention Center, remember that Friday is a work day and traffic could be heavy. Saturday and Sunday mornings should be no problem.
